HAVE YOU BEEN "BORN AGAIN"?

To many, that may seem like a strange question , especially considering that
this site is supposed to be promoting my carpet cleaning business, but it may very well be the most important question you've
ever been asked. Many speak of Born Again Christians as if they were some strange, off the wall group or cult.
As a matter of fact that was my opinion at one time. I was raised in a committed, loving, Catholic family, and remember
saying many times that "being Born Again was just something that those Southern Baptist people made up".
One day when I was in a period of searching in my life, not 100% sure that what I was being taught in the little
Catholic church that we were attending was really making sense, a friend invited us to a little Independent Baptist Church
in Leasburg, Missouri. After listening to the preaching for four weeks in a row, and being under continual conviction, I broke
down and accepted that I didn't have all of the answers, and accepted the sacrifice of Jesus Christ as the payment for
my sins, and became a Born Again Christian.
For those who may be reading this and have no use for the Bible, or
God, I may not be able to help you in the little time that I have. But if you believe the Bible, and you consider yourself
a Christian, but are not born again, please read on.

In Chapter three and verse three of the Gospel
of John, Jesus made this statement: "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again,
he cannot see the kingdom of God". That's a sobering thought. If you are not born again you cannot even so much
as see the kingdom of God!
I know from my own past experience, as well as from conversations that I have had with
many people, that there is a wide ranging list of ideas concerning how it is that we achieve Heaven as our home. Many believe
that it is somewhat of a game of chance, and that we won't know for sure until we die. The truth is, contrary to the
opinion of many, you can know today that you are a child of God, and that Heaven will be your eternal home. In another
of the apostle John's writings, 1 John chapter 5, John said "These things have I written unto you that believe
on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life...". The
truth is that if you don't settle the question on this side of the grave, then Heaven will not be your
home, but rather an eternal Hell.
